Reviews and Ratings
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms offered a lovely view looking over the quayside, and the breakfast with an amazing view of the water outside made it such a charming place to wake up in. The service was top-notch with friendly staff who kept me company and had small chats, although there was a slightly concerning incident with a missing jumper that got sorted out. The location, just by the river with a bar opening onto it, was perfect for enjoying the quiet surroundings and easy access to the metro stations. The dining experience was fantastic, with a good choice of healthy and less-healthy options, plus lovely fruit choices. All in all, a great value for money stay!
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms on higher floors with a beautiful view of the Sage & the Tyne were outstanding, but those without a view at all were disappointing. The service was a bit of a rollercoaster with some staff being incredibly helpful like Tracie the receptionist, but others were lackluster. The location was close to the town center, but the ongoing building work nearby was a downside. The dining options were decent with good choices available, although not everything was included in the price. The facilities were satisfactory overall.
I must say, my stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was great, right by the river with a pleasant bar opening onto it, and very close to the town center. However, it was a bit challenging to find by road, especially for newcomers. The rooms offered a lovely view overlooking the quayside, some with en-suite shower facilities, although some rooms had a view of old caravans, which might not be everyone's cup of tea.
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The view of the Tyne River was stunning, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The service was top-notch, especially from the restaurant manager. The location by the river was perfect, and dining offered a good variety with healthy options available. Overall, a great value for a wonderful experience.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms had great facilities and a view of the Millennium Bridge, but unfortunately, the heating wasn't working, and the ceiling had been repaired but not repainted. The service left much to be desired. The location was convenient, right on the river, but the dining experience fell short for me.
The hotel is located in a developing area with building taking place downriver from it, close to Newcastle City centre. The rooms offer great facilities and stunning views of the Tyne, but there were issues with the electrical sockets. The service was shocking and the staff didn't care about customer service. However, the dining options provided amazing value with a good choice for both healthy and less-healthy preferences.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable with an excellent shower and fantastic views over the Tyne, but there were some service issues that left us feeling suspicious. The location is great, near the town centre and with beautiful riverside views. The dining options were good, with healthy choices available, and the value was amazing. The facilities were decent overall.
The hotel offers a stunning view of the Sage & the Tyne but lacks air conditioning in the rooms. The service was inconsistent, with issues regarding missing items. It benefits from being near the town center but is situated in an area under development. The dining options are diverse but do not include drinks, and the facilities are average.
The hotel has fantastic views of the Tyne River from the rooms, but the mirror in the bathroom needs replacing. The shower is excellent, making the stay comfortable overall.
